CATARACT
What is cataract?
Cataract is a common age-related eye condition where the natural lens of the eye becomes cloudy, preventing light from passing properly. This results in blurred or hazy vision.
Common symptoms

Increased sensitivity to light
-
Trouble seeing at night
-
Faded or yellowed colors
-
Frequent changes in prescription glasses
Main causes
-
Natural aging

Avoid smoking
-
Control diabetes
-
Have regular eye check-ups, especially after age 60
