Also called cervical spondylosis or arthritis of the neck is a degenerative condition affecting the cervical spine (C1–C7), particularly between C4 and C7 P
. It results from cartilage breakdown, disc dehydration, and bone spur formation—leading to neck pain, stiffness, and potential nerve or spinal cord complications
Common symptoms:

Neck pain and stiffness, headache, neck noises when turning, and shoulder or chest pain

Causes:

Aging and natural wear-and-tear of cervical joints and discs
